With the help of the SBA in the beginning of her journey through forming BlackHawk Data, Maryann transformed from a woman with potential she couldn’t fully see to a CEO and founder of a successful and inclusive IT company that empowers its employees. 

Maryann met with the SBA to discuss uncertainty around her decisions. One meeting at a time, Maryann grew in confidence, and would eventually take the first steps to start BlackHawk Data.
