Leadership
Maryann Pagano
Currently serves as CEO and co-founder of BlackHawk Data, a Woman-Owned Solutions Provider based in New York, NY. With over 20 years of experience in the IT Channel, in her previous roles, Maryann was responsible for leading customer support teams and managing client accounts from major financials, pharmaceuticals to state and local government.
She has a proven track record of driving customer success and building long-standing relationships. Maryann is proud to be recognized by CRN as one of the top Women of the Channel and is dedicated to supporting and mentoring other Women-owned businesses and female entrepreneurs like herself.
Jason Caparoso
Currently serves as CTO and co-founder of BlackHawk Data. He is responsible for developing new solutions and guiding the company in the right direction with innovative technology solutions.
Over the past two decades, he has adhered to a simple principle: that the truth will yield the best results. Throughout his extensive experience in networking, he has come to believe that the best solutions are those that require an explanation, not a justification. He advises his clients that a solution should either fulfill a need or solve a problem.
